- Remind the executive of key deadlines and important milestones
- Document & Information Management
- Organize and prepare reporting materials
- Condense and summarize presentations (e.g., reduce 10 slides into 2 concise slides)
- Collect weekly reports from all departments
- Compile and summarize them into brief daily reports for the Chairman
- External Communication & Coordination
- Arrange client visits and business meetings
- Coordinate with partners and external stakeholders
- Convey the Chairmans instructions accurately
- Follow up on implementation progress and ensure task completion
- Basic Administrative Support
- Arrange business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Organize and process expense reimbursement documents
- Monitor contract circulation and approval reminders
- Coordinate document signing and related procedures
- Confidentiality & Professional Image
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Do not disclose the Chairmans private remarks
- Communicate externally with professionalism and discretion
