Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the CEOs office. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate key projects and follow up to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion at all times.
- Provide concise summaries, reports, and analyses to support the CEOs decision-making.
Qualifications
- Filipino citizenship required.
- Professional appearance and strong personal image.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; able to read and write Mandarin.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability (key requirement).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience as an executive assistant to a CEO or senior executive in a large company is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in multinational or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with the sports betting, gaming, or PIGO industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, confidential communications, and high-level stakeholders.
- Strong skills in preparing strategic presentations, business proposals, or investor reports.
- Ability to coordinate international meetings and communicate effectively with cross-cultural teams.
