We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and serves as a reliable partner in ensuring operational efficiency, clear communication, and strategic execution.
Time Management & Efficiency
- Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and daily schedules to ensure optimal use of time.
- Anticipate and prepare for meetings, events, and deadlines, ensuring punctuality and readiness.
Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Task Management & Prioritization
- Track, prioritize, and follow up on action items and deliverables.
- Assist the CEO in managing strategic projects and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Document & Report Management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents required by the CEO.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidentiality and ease of access.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
- Identify potential bottlenecks or issues and propose solutions before they escalate.
- Take initiative to streamline workflows and support business needs even without direct instruction.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role (experience supporting C-level executives is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
