Job Description
The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Group Executive Assistant for Commercial Group (Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales - Strategic Accounts) to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for providing high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the Commercial Group leadership team. The role serves as a key liaison among internal stakeholders, hospital, and clinic executives, corporate clients, healthcare partners, and external vendors. This role is also expected to ensure seamless coordination across Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales functions by managing executive calendars, strategic meetings, business reporting, project tracking, communications and administrative processes. Lastly, the role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional capable of handling confidential information, driving follow-through on critical initiatives, and supporting senior leaders in achieving commercial growth objectives across the hospital and clinic network.
What's The Role All About
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Executive and Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Commercial Group executives
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client engagements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefing documents, agendas, and minutes.
- Commercial Operations Coordination: Support the execution of monitoring of strategic initiatives across Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales teams.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Serve as a central point of coordination among internal and external stakeholders; coordinate meetings and communications with strategic clients, corporate accounts, healthcare partners, insurers, employers, and affiliated organizations.
- Sales and Strategic Accounts Support: Assist in preparing business reviews, account summaries, sales performance reports, and client presentations
Who Are We Looking For
Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Management or any related field, with minimum of 5-8 years of Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Office Management experience supporting senior leaders, preferably with experience working in the same field/industry of hospital/clinical setting and commercial, sales, and marketing, willing to work in a purely onsite setting.
