Executive Assistant
Makati City & Bonifacio Global City (Hybrid Office Locations)
Salary: PHP 20,000 23,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the President.
- Assist in coordinating the President's priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution across departments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with strict discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for real estate and property managementrelated matters, including coordination with brokers, unit owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and tracking of real estate and property management documents, contracts, and approvals.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments as required.
- Proactively identify and assist in resolving administrative and coordination issues.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, client meetings, and office activities.
- Update, organize, and maintain company databases, trackers, and digital filing systems.
Meetings & Coordination
- Attend and support weekly meetings and monthly General Meetings, including note-taking, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings on behalf of the President, ensuring proper preparation, documentation, and reminders.
- Monitor deadlines, commitments, and deliverables arising from meetings.
Client & External Liaison
- Coordinate with external parties such as brokers, consultants, contractors, and service providers as required.
- Assist in coordination with government offices such as SEC, BIR, City Halls, and other regulatory agencies, under guidance from Management.
- Ensure communications with external stakeholders are professional, timely, and aligned with company standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and special assignments as may be requested by Management in support of company operations and executive priorities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Language Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Work Location
- Willing to work in Makati City and Bonifacio Global City.

Professional and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Basic knowledge of PC hardware/software troubleshooting is an advantage

Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- Flexible start time from 8:00 AM onwards
- May be required to work on holidays when necessary
