About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Team Leader (EATL) to lead and support a team of Executive Assistants (EA) and Senior Leadership Support (SLS) professionals while providing high-level executive support to Partner(s)/Director(s).
This role combines people leadership, operational coordination, and executive support, ensuring the business support function operates efficiently while enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop the EA/SLS team, providing day-to-day support and performance guidance.
- Manage resource allocation, workflow coordination, and leave coverage across the team.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the business support function.
- Foster team collaboration, engagement, and continuous capability development.
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams to support business priorities.
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to Partner(s)/Director(s).
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organise meetings, events, and executive engagements.
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes where required.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support operational reporting, timesheets, and expense management processes.
- Assist with resourcing coordination and highlight allocation gaps where needed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Maintain accurate records within relevant systems (e.g., CRM and internal reporting tools).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice across the EA/EATL/SLS community.
- Support business development activities through document preparation and coordination.
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
