Qualifications
- Graduate of 4-year bachelors degree in Accountancy, Economics, Financial Management, Banking or other related course.
- With at least 1-2 year's experience specializing in corporate planning, risk management, budget, and accounting.
- Amenable to work in head office - Paseo De Roxas, Makati City
Job Description
Assistance in external communications and events handling under Corporate Affairs Department. Ensures that all media relations content that will be posted are accurate and consistent with company standards and goals (such as announcements, promotions, newsletter, newspaper, press releases, advertisement, website.)
- Assist the Corporate Affairs Manager and Corporate Affairs Head in managing all communications with shareholders and regulators.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and reports for the (MANCOM, EXCOM, BOD, etc.)
- Assist in the monitoring of submission of reports to the shareholders and regulators. (EXCOM/BOD/SEC/BSP/etc.)
- Assist in events handling and other related admin functions under Corporate Affairs Department.
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Corporate Affairs Manager and Corporate Affairs Head from time to time.
