Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, and/or other related courses.
  • Preferably have 1-2 years work experience in a secretarial role, but fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Excellent knowledge of management software such as MS Office applications.
  • Possess strong organizational skills as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must exhibit a professional demeanor and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Can work well with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amendable to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
