Executive Assistant
Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working with data, reports, and business insights. This role goes beyond administrative support—you will be a trusted partner for executive management in decision-making, helping drive business initiatives through accurate analysis, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities to ensure optimal time management
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Analyze data, budgets, and performance metrics to support executive decisions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and operational reports
- Assist in tracking company KPIs and business performance
Project & Operations Management
- Oversee and monitor key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Review contracts, documents, and reports with strong attention to detail
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with Business Unit Heads and cross-functional teams
- Support execution of company initiatives within approved budgets
- Ensure clear and timely communication across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO/VP level preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills—comfortable working with data, budgets, and reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
