Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founders of Michael & Associates, Attorneys at Law. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and operates with strong discretion, initiative, and an always one step ahead mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inboxes and complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination
  • Oversee high-priority workflows while maintaining strict compliance with document filing and record-keeping standards
  • Support marketing and visibility efforts by assisting with SEO initiatives and optimizing Google Business Profiles across multiple firm locations
  • Help manage lead intake processes, including inquiries from Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns, ensuring timely routing and follow-up
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders by handling email correspondence and scheduling meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative/operations role, ideally supporting founders or C-suite executives. Please note that 5 years of relevant experience is the minimum requirement for this role; candidates with less experience may not be considered
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and general digital tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
