Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include preparing and managing expense reports, offering executive-level support, coordinating office operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence effectively
  • Experience in preparing and handling Expense Reports and related documentation
  • Strong skills in Executive Support to assist senior leadership in daily operations and activities
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
