Job Title: Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our daily operations and provide comprehensive administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves handling communications, basic bookkeeping, banking tasks, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow for the executive team
  • Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and correspondence
  • Assist with banking-related tasks, including payments, tracking expenses, and maintaining records
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties such as updating financial logs, organizing receipts, and monitoring budgets
  • Maintain organized digital files and documents
  • Coordinate schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Support special projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting tools is an advantage
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
