Job Description

About Manukora

Manukora is a global wellness brand, leading the fast-growing US Mānuka honey category. We're on a mission to preserve the power of Mānuka and deliver it to the world in pure, functional formats at uncompromising quality, purity and potency.

Born in the wilds of New Zealand, we harvest one of the planet's rarest natural resources: raw Mānuka honey. This creamy caramel super honey contains unique antioxidants, prebiotics, and a special antibacterial compound called MGO.

Established in 2015, we are a founder-led, family-owned business headquartered in New Zealand with operations globally in the United States and Europe. Manukora is a certified B Corporation, working with locally-based master beekeeping partners to produce the highest quality Mānuka, leading through ethical beekeeping practices and investing in our bees, their environment and the communities that surround them.

We are a team of beekeepers, herbalists, food scientists and wellness professional working to deliver this one-of-a-kind honey and reimagine the immune and digestive wellness categories.

About the opportunity

This is not a calendar-and-inbox job. It is a chance to become the right hand of a senior brand and marketing leader at one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the US — and to grow your own career alongside hers.

We are looking for a true force of nature: an experienced, highly intelligent Executive Assistant who has supported a CEO or senior executive at a high level for several years, and who is now hungry for a role with real scope, trust, and growth. Think of the most capable EA you can imagine — someone who runs an executive's professional and personal world so seamlessly that the executive is freed to do only their highest-value work.

You will start by taking complete ownership of inbox, calendar and travel, and quickly expand into meeting preparation, communications, project coordination, and full life management. The ceiling on this role is high: the better you anticipate, the more you will own.

What you'll own

Inbox & calendar — flawless, proactive, never the bottleneck. Nothing missed, lost, mis-filed, or accidentally archived or sent to spam. Inbox tightly triaged with a clear understanding of who the key contacts are and how each should be handled. Drafts prepared in anticipation of responses. Calendar planned and protected 2-4+ weeks ahead, with detailed context built into every entry (interview notes, meeting agendas, dial-in details, prep links).

Meeting readiness & agenda-setting. Not just a tidy calendar, but real preparation — because you have full context on what's going on, you help set agendas, build briefing notes, and ensure the executive walks into every meeting fully prepared.

Communications on her behalf. As trust is built, you draft and send replies that are an accurate representation of her voice, and proactively reach out to people on her behalf to keep things moving.

Travel & life management. Seamless trips, documented and planned end-to-end, with multiple accommodation options presented and preferences learned and refined over time. All personal administration handled.

Marketing support. Coordinating production, finding suppliers, vetting talent, and managing outreach and organisation for marketing activities.

Project & team coordination. Keeping projects, deadlines, and follow-ups on track across the team so the executive is freed from chasing and project-managing others.

Who you are
  • A fast learner who increases the executive's bandwidth from day one — not someone who needs to ask questions on everything.
  • You take full ownership and run with ambiguity. You make sound calls, bring recommendations rather than open-ended problems, and only escalate when you genuinely should.
  • You anticipate needs, spot risks early, and prepare before being asked.
  • You have a marketing brain — enough comprehension of brand and marketing that you understand the work and can engage with it intelligently, not just administer it.
  • You are exceptionally organised and pride yourself on it, with a very high level of comprehension and an instinct for systems that prevent problems recurring.
  • You communicate with precision and structure — clear, concise, and proactive.
  • You are hungry and driven, motivated by a long-term career growing alongside a senior leader.

Experience required
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Several years supporting a CEO or senior executive directly, in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • A demonstrable track record of operating well beyond scheduling — anticipating needs, shaping decisions, and protecting an executive's time and energy.
  • Excellent written English and communication.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and structured workflow tools (Notion or similar).
