Job Description

Role Description:

Provides high-level business and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient coordination of activities, seamless travel management, and timely preparation of key business materials. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage complex multi-country travel arrangements, including detailed itinerary planning and real-time adjustments
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regions to support business requirements
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports, and other executive-level materials
  • Track deliverables, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Handle confidential and board-level information with a high degree of discretion
  • Support business initiatives through data consolidation, analysis, and reporting

Job Requirements and Competencies

a. Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools

b. Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support, business support, or similar roles
  • Experience handling senior-level stakeholders and confidential information
  • Exposure to international or multi-country coordination is an advantage

c. Working Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment
  • Requires flexibility in working hours and responsiveness to urgent matters
  • Involves coordination across multiple time zones
