Role Overview
A highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to two Senior Audit Partners in a fast-paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and tech-savvy, with exceptional skills in Excel and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, budgets, and project timelines.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards).
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client communication and coordination with regulatory bodies.
