Our client is a non-bank lender operating in the fintech category. They fill a gap left by traditional lenders and use technology to revolutionise the lending experience and provide a solution fit for today's modern consumer. Less than a year after launch, they passed $1 billion in loan applications, and this is just the start!

About The Role

Due to a high growth rate of the business, we are looking for an all rounder who will manage the day-to-day running of the office, and provide direct support to the CEO.

You will join a culture driven by collaboration and innovation, with a like minded growth focused team.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate events and meetings onsite and offsite, which includes research and preparation of agenda meeting materials record meeting minutes and coordinate all meeting logistics work with the team to ensure meeting attendees have appropriate information including directions and maps, on site amenities and activities
  • Organising and managing files
  • Supporting staff with organisational tasks
  • Support the customer service team by taking customer calls and filing documents
  • Perform administrative support tasks, including, drafting and proofreading correspondence and conducting research
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable

Our wish list is a combination of:

  • 2-4 years of experience providing administrative support for senior level executives, giving you familiarity with the demands of the role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and self-starter mentality. You know how to prioritise multiple projects and responsibilities to ensure things are done on time
  • Change doesn't faze you. You're quick to adapt to new environments, processes and responsibilities
  • Savvy with business applications - Google Office, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc
  • Your English communications skills, oral and written, are excellent. The same can be said of your interpersonal skills
  • You're a results-oriented team player. There isn't a task too small, you get it done and have fun while you're at it
