Your Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to three Directors, helping drive priorities and maximize executive effectiveness.

You Will

  • Proactively manage Directors priorities by maintaining structured task lists and tracking commitments through completion.
  • Handle complex calendar management and actively manage email inboxes to prioritize critical matters.
  • Prepare and distribute high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense management.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely communication.
  • Provide flexible operational support across the business, including administrative tasks, reporting, and marketing coordination when needed.

What You Need

Non-Negotiables

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to create structure, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

  • Studies completed in Business or a related field.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in project coordination and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in processing invoices and handling administrative transactions in line with company procedures.
