Job Description

  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary;
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, and preparing communications on the executives behalf;
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records;

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or other related courses;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but any related work experience is a plus;
  • Must be computer literate;
  • Must have time management skills;
