Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports and other executive documentation.

The role involves drafting and reviewing correspondence, coordinating internal and external communications, and maintaining organized records and files.

The Executive Assistant will also support office operations, assist with preparation of presentations and reports, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of executive and project-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Support and Expense Reports skills, with experience handling confidential information, travel logistics, and accurate financial tracking.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional correspondence, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar applications).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate discretion, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Prior experience supporting executives in consulting, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
