We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to play a key role in executive-level operations, coordination, and decision support.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and handling critical administrative and strategic tasks that contribute directly to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on key projects
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and highly dependable
