Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This role manages schedules, meetings, reports, and confidential information while supporting business priorities and organizational objectives.

The Executive Assistant works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities, timely completion of tasks, and effective communication across the organization.

This role also assists in preparing reports, presentations, documentation, and special projects that contribute to operational efficiency and overall business growth.

Ultimately, success in this role means maintaining organized and seamless executive operations while supporting productivity, efficiency, and the achievement of company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% timely and accurate completion of executive, administrative, project management, and reporting support tasks
  • Maintain organized schedules, meetings, reports, documentation, and data records to support operational efficiency
  • Achieve efficient coordination and communication across departments and stakeholders
  • Support the completion of business priorities, special projects, reports, and action items within agreed timelines
  • Assist in monitoring, consolidating, and maintaining accurate data, reports, and project updates as required
  • Perform additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information

Key Criteria/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong coordination, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong documentation, report preparation, and data analytics skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
