We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and upbeat
Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with
C-suite executives, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills. Dermatology or healthcare experience is strongly preferred. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to C-suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email management, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients in a professional manner.
- Support operational tasks related to dermatology or healthcare practice workflows when needed.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Dermatology or healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Professional, positive attitude with an upbeat personality.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a medical or dermatology practice.
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems or EMR/EHR platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
