We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President, managing schedules, events, and business development initiatives while upholding our company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all meetings, appointments, and outside event activities for the President.
- Assist the President in accomplishing daily tasks and priorities.
- Follow up with employees on submission of reports and deliverables.
- Support product and business development initiatives.
- Conduct research on trends and innovations in the salon and beauty industry.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
- Participate in and support Bornagain Christian activities led by the President.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in executive or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
- Knowledge or interest in the salon and beauty industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable and supportive of Bornagain Christian activities and spiritual initiatives.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work in a fast-paced executive environment.
Work Set-up:
- Work On-site.
- Monday - Friday (Saturday as needed)
