They work at a high level with global clients, corporate partners, and internal teams—driving formulation, manufacturing, speaking engagements, retreats, and digital program launches.
They are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to help manage daily operations, communications, and scheduling while enabling us to focus on high-impact priorities. This role will evolve with the company, with opportunities for growth and specialization.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant & Community Manager will directly support company founders by managing inboxes, scheduling and coordinating meetings, organizing tasks, providing daily summaries and follow-ups, and communicating on-the-fly as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and operates with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Additionally, you will support the early development of their online community, assisting with posting updates, welcoming members, and light moderation. More advanced community tasks may be added over time.
This position is ideal for someone who loves being in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting professionally with clients and collaborators, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
