Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant. Based in Legaspi, the role allows a combination of onsite and remote work. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role will require close collaboration with executives to support their day-to-day activities and ensure seamless functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with reporting and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
  • Proficiency with office tools and software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous but not totally required.
  • Experience is a plus.
