Your Role

As an AU Executive Assistant , you are responsible for:

  • Manage directors emails
  • Create task lists from emails
  • Manage calendar
  • Attend meetings to coordinate tasks
  • Administration tasks for managing projects

Qualifications:

  • Executive assistant experience of a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage confidential information
  • Able to prioritise competing deadlines
