Executive Assistant

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the General Manager (GM) of Aviation Partnership Philippines. This role ensures the smooth management of daily business activities, supports decision-making processes, and maintains efficient coordination across multiple departments within the MRO organization. The EA handles confidential information, manages stakeholder communications, and helps drive key projects and initiatives of the GM's office.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or other related fields.

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer supporting senior leadership.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), GSuite, and business software tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of aviation/MRO operations, safety culture, and documentation standards is an advantage.
