Role Description The Executive Assistant Airbnb STR role is a full-time remote position supporting senior leaders in the short-term rentals segment. This role involves managing Airbnb listing administration, including calendar updates, guest communications, reservation coordination, and reviewing bookings for accuracy and compliance with company standards. The Executive Assistant will prepare and track expense reports related to short-term rentals, maintain documentation, and assist with budgeting and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include organizing digital files, scheduling meetings, preparing executive-level correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on operational and guest-related matters. The role also includes collaborating with property management and operations teams, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to process improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and coordination of priorities.
  • Experience with Expense Reports and basic financial administration, including tracking, reconciliation, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, and guests.
  • Proven Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organization, time management, and attention to detail in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms and property management workflows is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with digital tools and cloud-based systems, including office productivity software and online collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is a plus; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
