Job Title: Part-Time Executive (Administrative Support)

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Task Manager to provide administrative support across daily operations. This role focuses on managing communications and schedules efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and timely coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Call Management
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle routine inquiries and escalate urgent matters as needed
Email Management
- Monitor and organize inboxes daily
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Flag priority communications and maintain clear records of correspondence
Calendar Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Manage conflicts and ensure efficient time allocation
- Send reminders and maintain up-to-date calendars
General Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Assist with task tracking and follow-ups
- Support team members with administrative coordination as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in email platforms, calendar tools, and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
