Position Overview
The E&S Tax Filing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of surplus lines (E&S) tax filings. This role involves gathering and organizing required documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and utilizing systems such as Inscipher to process filings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and organize documentation required for E&S tax filings
- Process and prepare E&S tax filing submissions accurately and within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with state-specific surplus lines tax requirements
- Maintain accurate records of filings and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain necessary information
- Monitor filing timelines and follow up on pending requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in E&S tax filing, including document gathering and processing
- Hands-on experience using Inscipher for tax filing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple filings and meet strict deadlines
- Good organizational and documentation skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Qualifications
- Experience using Applied EPIC
- Familiarity with surplus lines compliance across multiple states
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000, depending on experience
- Leave: 10 SL, 10 VL.
- Work Setup: Fully Remote within the Philippines
- Work Schedule: Must be amenable to work either 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time or South Korea Time
