Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Excel Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, automation, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/macros, data visualization, and building automated reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Create automated Excel solutions using VBA, Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Build complex formulas using functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, LET, and other advanced functions.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Import and consolidate data from multiple Excel files and external sources.
- Develop automated MIS and business reporting processes.
- Create PivotTables, PivotCharts, slicers, and dynamic reports.
- Optimize existing Excel workbooks for performance, accuracy, and usability.
- Troubleshoot formula, data, macro, and reporting issues.
- Work with business teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into Excel-based solutions.
- Maintain documentation for Excel tools, automation, and reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
