Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Executive/Events Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, event execution, agency management, and supporting various brand marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of brand marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and timelines.
Organize and manage both internal and external events (e.g., product launches, store activations, brand collaborations, employee engagement activities), from conceptualization to on-ground implementation.
Identify and evaluate potential creative and event agency partners. Organize bidding processes, prepare briefs, and ensure transparent and effective partner selection.
Act as the main liaison between the company and appointed agencies. Oversee agency output, ensure deliverables meet brand standards, and manage timelines and budgets.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., PR, Digital, Sales) to ensure integrated and consistent brand communication.
Support other tasks and special assignments as delegated by the department leadership.
