Events & Promotions Manager

JOB SCOPE:

• Maintaining the Marketing and SMS Calendar, ensuring all projects are being planned on time
• Taking an active role in working with internal stake holders, collaborating together to create property wide marketing initiatives to enhance the Integrated Resort image
• Ensures efficiency and accuracy within the team throughout all stages of any projects, and at the same time, complying to operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance and budgeted expense.
• Assisting the Senior Manager to meet revenue targets through successful promotions, offers and/or events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a four-year college graduate
• With at least 3 years of experience in Casino Marketing in an Integrated Resort, especially in Events & Promotion and/or Direct Marketing
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
• Good analytic mindset; Excellent communication skills in English is a must. A second language will be a plus
• Must have excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team (internal and external) and required at times to be independent as well
• Good time management, work ethics and integrity
• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, work under pressure, oversee multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
