Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and personable Events & Partnerships Executive to support and grow our restaurant's events, partnerships and wellness programming.

This role will focus on corporate events, private bookings, brand collaborations, partnership activations and wellness events. You will work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to bring events and collaborations from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage enquiries for corporate events, private dining and group bookings.
Prepare event proposals, quotations and packages.
Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies and event partners.
Identify and develop new event and partnership opportunities.
Coordinate brand activations, collaborations and special events.
Plan and manage wellness events such as classes, workshops and talks.
Source and coordinate instructors, facilitators and wellness partners.
Work with Marketing on event promotions and partner collaborations.
Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Follow up with clients and partners to encourage repeat business.
Maintain an events and partnerships calendar and sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, partnerships, sales or a related role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Confident working with clients, brands and external partners.
Commercially minded with an interest in events, hospitality and lifestyle experiences.
Interest in wellness programming is a plus.
Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
