As an Events & Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, events and community initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage target audiences and generate business opportunities. You will help deliver online and in-person events, develop creative campaign materials and marketing content, build relationships with industry associations and ecosystem partners, and grow an engaged professional community. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational and project management skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. Occasional travel or support outside regular office hours may be required for regional events and webinars.
This is a in office position in our Singapore office.

What You'll Be Doing:Events and Campaigns
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of events across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, VIP dinners, product launches and customer engagement activities.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Support pre- and post-event production and administration, including event registration, email invitations, attendee communications, speaker coordination, lead tracking, on-demand content uploads and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, speakers, sponsors, branded materials and external suppliers.
- Track and analyse campaign and event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation and return on investment.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create compelling content, including event materials, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages and other promotional assets.
- Support the localisation of global campaigns and content for Singapore and other Asia-Pacific markets.
- Use AI and digital marketing tools to support research, content development, campaign planning, data analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Build and manage an engaged community of customers, prospects, industry professionals and innovation leaders through events, content and ongoing engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry associations, professional bodies, universities, government-related organisations and other ecosystem partners.
- Identify opportunities for joint events, co-marketing campaigns, sponsorships and other collaborative initiatives.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with vendors, sponsors and partners to enhance the success of marketing and event programmes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective follow-up.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3+ year of relevant experience in marketing, events, communications, community engagement or a related field.
- Strong project management, organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas while taking ownership of assigned projects.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional and multicultural team.
- Comfortable learning new technologies, platforms and marketing strategies.
- Genuine interest in community building, partnership development and creating meaningful engagement with professional audiences.
- Confident in developing and maintaining relationships with associations, partners and other external stakeholders.
- Eligible to work in Singapore.
- Experience organising B2B events, conferences, webinars or executive-level networking activities.
- Experience building professional communities or working with industry associations and ecosystem partners.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, intellectual property, innovation or professional-services marketing.
- Ability to read and understand Chinese when supporting Chinese-language content or working with customers and partners in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, webinar, event-management or marketing-automation platforms.
- Confidence using AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, research, analysis or workflow automation.
- Experience supporting marketing activities across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
