Events Intern

Are you passionate about bringing events to life and eager to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of media and events Summit Media is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Events Intern to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do:

As our Events Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the Events Team from planning to execution. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with end-to-end event requirements (Pitch and Go)
• Coordinating with suppliers, talents, and attendees
• Researching venues, materials, suppliers, and event concepts
• Supporting purchasing and logistics for materials and equipment
• Helping conceptualize, produce, and execute on-ground and virtual events
• Preparing and organizing event items and materials
• Performing other tasks that may be assigned during your internship
