Job Description

Role Purpose

The Events & Brand Activations Supervisor supports the planning and execution brand-led events and activations. This role ensures events are delivered professionally, on time, within budget, and aligned with Brand Communications objectives.

The role is responsible for coordinating vendors, agencies, internal teams, permits, logistics, guest management, onsite operations, documentation, and post-event reporting. The focus is not only event execution, but making sure events support brand experience, PR value, social content, creator amplification, community relevance, and reputation-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of brand-led events, activations, campaign launches, local festivals, community activations, creator-led events, and PR/media events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues, suppliers, production teams, hosts, creators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare event timelines, production checklists, run-of-show documents, manpower plans, and logistics trackers.
  • Manage event requirements including permits, ingress/egress, booth setup, branding materials, technical requirements, guest lists, and onsite coordination.
  • Work closely with PR, social media, Creator Partnerships, Livestream, VIP, Growth, Legal, Compliance, and agencies to ensure event alignment.
  • Ensure all event materials and activities follow brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
  • Supervise onsite event execution and troubleshoot operational issues during activations.
  • Track event expenses, vendor deliverables, documentation, and post-event requirements.
  • Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, content output, PR/social value, creator participation, issues, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Support agency and vendor evaluation after each major event.

Recommended Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in events, activations, brand experience, experiential marketing, PR events, or campaign execution
  • At least 2–3 years managing vendors, agencies, logistics, and onsite teams
  • Experience in entertainment, gaming, consumer brands, lifestyle, fintech, events agency, or fast-moving digital brands preferred
  • Experience working with creators, media events, local activations, or branded community events is a plus
