Event Sales Specialist

WE'RE HIRING: EVENTS SALES SPECIALIST

For applicants currently based in the Philippines only.

Only applicants with relevant, hands-on experience selling exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, or event participation packages for international events will be considered.

RazorERP is looking for an experienced sales professional to help grow our international events and association initiatives, including RL Expo, ITAD Summit, Mobile Disrupt, and the Global Reverse Logistics Alliance.

Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home

Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift

Rate: $6–8 USD per hour, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call prospective exhibitors and sell exhibition booths and sponsorship packages.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and conduct sales campaigns through email.
• Communicate with business owners, directors, and C-level executives.
• Handle emails and live chat, assist with invoicing and event registration, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity without compromising quality.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the events industry, specifically selling exhibition booths, sponsorships, or event participation packages.
• Experience selling for international events.
• Strong B2B sales skills and confidence communicating with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email.
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), VoIP systems such as 3CX, Stripe for invoicing, and event ticketing platforms, or the ability to learn them quickly.

NICE TO HAVE

Association membership sales or recruitment, WordPress, Canva, or marketing experience.
