Job Description

AFTPH Corporation organizer of Toast Wedding Fair, Trendsetters Bazaar, Travel Sale Fair, Manila Mama, and Consumer Tech Expo is looking for an Event Sales Specialist!

As an Event Sales Specialist, youll pitch and close sales with exhibitors, build lasting client relationships, and help deliver successful events alongside our operations and marketing teams. Expect a fast-paced, exciting environment where your work directly impacts our shows success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new exhibitors and sponsors for AFTPH-organized events.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat participation.
  • Lead Development:
  • Develop and maintain a client database and ensure consistent follow-up on leads and inquiries.
  • Pitching & Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver customized event proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Contract Management:
  • Manage exhibitor contracts, payments, and document requirements in coordination with Finance and Operations.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with the Marketing team to align event positioning, promotions, and target market segments.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Event Attendance:
  • Attend and assist during event days to manage exhibitor concerns, build rapport, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting:
  • Submit timely reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of exhibitor booths or sponsorships closed per event.
  • Sales revenue target achievement.
  • Exhibitor retention rate and satisfaction feedback.
  • Timely submission of reports and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in event sales, exhibitions, media, or advertising is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends during event schedules.

Office Location: Quezon City (5-minute walk from Quezon Avenue, accessible by public transportation)
