Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Sales Executive role based in Muntinlupa City. The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, negotiating and closing sales, and building relationships to ensure successful events. The role includes planning and coordinating event details, creating tailored proposals, and collaborating with internal teams for successful execution while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales-related skills such as lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation
- Event planning, coordination, and proposal creation experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and time management
- Goal-driven personality with attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
- Previous experience in the hospitality, event planning, or sales industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
