The Events Planning Supervisor is crucial in conceptualizing, coordinating, and executing high-impact offline events for the brand and its players. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a strategic approach to event planning to deliver memorable experiences that meet the company's standards and management's expectations. The Events Planning Supervisor collaborates closely with the Events Manager, leads a team of specialists, and works with external partners to ensure events are executed seamlessly, meet objectives, and stay within budget.
Event Conceptualization and Design
- Develop creative and innovative event concepts in line with management expectations.
- Design event ideas, campaigns, and strategies to create memorable experiences for participants and target audiences.
- Develop creative event concepts that strategically integrate sponsors and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
Sponsorship and Partnership Management
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with event objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with sponsors and partners on branding opportunities, activations, and other collaborative elements.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage event budgets and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and event partners.
- Track and report on sponsorship and partnership ROI and performance metrics.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including those related to sponsors and partners (booth setups, signage, activations, etc.).
- Manage communication between sponsors, partners, and internal teams.
On-Site Event Execution
- Oversee on-site management of sponsor and partner activations, ensuring seamless integration into the overall event.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Work with the Data Analysis Team to use data and insights to improve future events, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Background or experience in luxury retail events is a plus.
- Creativity and strategic thinking.
