Event Marketing Specialist (Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Marketing Specialist will assist various online/offline marketing/sales events and campaign for media, channel partners, and end-users.
• Understand each event objectives, assist to develop and to execute events booth design, program flow as well as event gimmick for the participants to achieve each event targets: sellout, participants engagement with registration (T&T), and awareness via social media amplification.
• Supporting various events: product launch, press conference, dealer-led event, campus roadshows, and gaming events, e-sports tournament, annual dealer gathering etc.
• Creating the POSM new products such as tent cards, headers, spec cards, under the direction of team leads and senior members.
• Analyze and report the results after each event to make improvements (PDCA).
• Supporting the marketing team, ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have at least 2-3years of work experience as Event Marketing, or any related position.
• Work experience in IT industry is a plus.
• Must have excellent writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and has keen attention to detail
• Must be creative, organized, and a team player
• Interested in the latest gadget trends and has knowledge of IT products/industry.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
