Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-14 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana).
- Knowledge of budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management practices.
