Job Description
As a Virtual Events & Meeting Coordinator, you will manage and deliver high-profile small group virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You'll coordinate bookings, moderate live sessions, support global clients, and ensure every meeting runs smoothly through strong attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication.

Shift: Night shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST | 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT), weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, event support, or other client-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication skills with a high level of spoken English
- Confidence speaking on camera and engaging professionally with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams or similar virtual meeting platforms
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-based environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; undergraduates may be considered based on relevant experience
Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling client meeting requests
- Professionally moderate small group meetings, deliver clear announcements, introduce speakers and participants, and manage slides when required
- Complete requested post-call reports accurately and on time
- Manage and prioritize customer requests based on urgency, event timelines, and internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership to support overall team objectives
- Build strong customer relationships and positively impact the client experience
