We are hiring an EV Battery Station Operations Lead to take full ownership of a fast-scaling business unit focused on electric mobility infrastructure.
What You'll Own:
Business Expansion
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value station locations
- Build partnerships with landlords, fleet operators, and ecosystem players
Operations Execution
- Ensure stations are deployed on time, on budget, and fully operational
- Oversee maintenance systems for stations, batteries, and service centers
- Build SOPs that scale
P&L Responsibility
- Drive revenue growth, utilization rates, and cost efficiency
- Monitor unit economics: cost per station, payback period, uptime %
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a cross-functional team (ops, technical, field)
- Instill a culture of speed, accountability, and ownership
Who You Are
- 3–7 years experience in operations, business development, or startup environments
- Proven ability to execute on the ground (not just strategy)
- Strong bias for action—you move fast and fix problems in real time
- Comfortable managing both people and systems
- Hungry to step into a leadership role earlier than traditional career paths

Ideal Profile
