Job Description
Role Summary
Give onsite and remote first-level end-user computing support to corporate users, making sure issues are resolved quickly and service quality stays high.
Key Responsibilities
- Give L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/M365, Outlook and standard apps
- Handle user account tasks (AD password resets, unlocks, access requests)
- Fix basic network and connectivity problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Log, track and close tickets in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow) within SLA
- Do IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) work, asset tagging and inventory updates
- Pass unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation
- Help with new-joiner setup, device imaging and hardware refresh
- Keep knowledge base articles and SOPs up to date
Requirements
- 1–3 years in IT desktop or EUC support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory and basic networking
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Filipino
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
