EUC / AV Support Engineer (On-Call / Freelance)

EIL Global is hiring EUC / AV Support Engineers for onsite, on-call support at enterprise client locations.
Responsibilities:
Onsite EUC & AV support (meeting rooms, video conferencing, laptops, printers)
Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, Windows OS, Microsoft 365
Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Hardware break/fix, re-imaging, device replacement
Coordinate with remote support teams and update tickets
Requirements:
Experience in EUC / Desktop / AV Support
Knowledge of meeting room technologies & video conferencing systems
Basic networking knowledge
Good communication and customer service skills
Engagement:
On-call / Freelance role
Paid based on hours worked onsite
