Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or reporting systems
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with data analysts, database administrators, and business teams to understand requirements
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
- Troubleshoot ETL issues and provide timely resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in ETL development or data engineering
- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho)
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI reporting tools is a plus
- Experience in banking/financial data projects is an advantage
