ETL Developer (Full Onsite/Morning Shift)

Required Experience & Skills:

• 35 years of hands-on experience in ETL development, data integration, and data processing.
• Strong expertise in Talend for building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience working with HBase or other NoSQL database technologies.
• Solid understanding of Data Lake architectures, data ingestion, and data transformation workflows.
• Proven experience in Data Integration from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality or pipeline issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to support complex data workflows.
• Working knowledge of AWS services, such as:
• Amazon MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow)
• Amazon S3
• AWS Glue
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Salesforce data structure and integration approaches.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code for ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and best practices.
