POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY

The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Manager plays a critical role in supporting and executing the organization's ethics and compliance programs. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and IT, the role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and strengthening compliance initiatives and ethical standards across the business.

This position offers strong exposure to global collaboration, leadership development, and the opportunity to deepen expertise in ethics, governance, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

REPORTING

The role reports directly to the Ethics & Compliance Director and Senior Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and strengthen ethics and compliance programs, including data privacy, compliance monitoring, and investigations.
  • Promotes compliance awareness through training sessions, onboarding programs, and organizational communications.
  • Manages ethics-related concerns, inquiries, and internal investigations involving potential policy violations.
  • Conducts risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities, and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Helps cultivate a strong ethical culture by modeling organizational values and promoting accountability.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with local and global stakeholders to share best practices and improve compliance awareness across teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ethics, compliance, governance, risk management, audit, investigations, or data analytics.

Other Capabilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of data privacy principles and compliance practices.
  • Strong global mindset with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and multi-regional environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Strong conflict resolution and issue management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, leading meetings, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Agile, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
